Tucked away behind The Rum and Crab Shack, down granite steps on Fore Street, St Ives is our small, friendly, lowly lit cave – The R Bar. Our speciality rum cocktails are made-to-order by our experienced mixologists from a back bar stocking over a hundred rums.

Both Dead Man’s Finger’s Rum and our latest creation, Stargazy Cosmic Caramel Rum, were created here, that’s why we consider The R Bar the Southwest’s spiritual home of rum. We also offer food, cocktail making experiences, live music, DJs and private hire complete with bartender.
